Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no questions asked.

What happens when I hit the 50-note limit on Free?

You'll see a gentle reminder, and the allowance resets at the start of the next month. Nothing you already captured is touched or taken away — everything stays searchable, and export is always available. Upgrade to Pro when the ceiling starts getting in your way.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. For now, Pro is $12/mo flat — one price, everything included.

Do Lumi Agents count against my AI actions?

No. Agents are included in the plan and run as often as their triggers fire, with no per-run charge. The monthly AI actions allowance covers the things you ask Lumi to do from chat: Research, voice dictation, and actions in your other tools.

What if I have 100+ team members?

Can I export my data?

Yes, always. You own your data. Export to JSON, Markdown, or PDF anytime, paid or free.

Does tentus ever delete my data?

No. You decide when. When you delete, it's gone in 30 days and fully unrecoverable per GDPR.
