How tentus works, in plain language.

Sign in with your work email. Your workspace is created on first sign-in, and you can rename it from settings anytime. One workspace per account is the default.

Shared workspaces are on the roadmap. Today, each workspace is single-player, so what Lumi surfaces stays sharply personal.

Connect a calendar and one note source. Within a day Lumi will start preparing you for meetings and raising what’s worth a second look. The more you capture, the more useful that gets.

Press ⌘N from anywhere in the app. The capture pane opens with the cursor in the title field. Save is automatic.

The web clipper saves any page as a source with full text, title, and original URL. Once captured, the page is searchable and available to Lumi.

Voice captures are transcribed in the background. The original audio is kept alongside the transcript so you can replay anything. Lumi reads the transcript, not the audio.

PDFs, plain text, Markdown, common image formats, and audio. Each captured file becomes a source with extracted text and metadata.

Lumi only knows what you’ve told it. It reads across the sources in your workspace and connected accounts, and it cites them whenever it surfaces something.

No. Your workspace is private. Lumi’s reasoning runs through our LLM providers under data-processing agreements that exclude training on customer content.

Because it doesn’t. A thinking tool that guesses is worse than one that admits the gap. Capture more on the topic, or connect a source that covers it.

Anything Lumi does without being asked. Meeting Prep and the daily digest are on for every account. Nine more wait for a trigger you already use: tag a note “task” and the action items become tasks, label a Gmail message and it becomes a note, or let a Monday digest land on its own. Activate them under Lumi Agents in the sidebar, and switch any off in one click. The full list, with sample output, is at tentus.io/agents.

Before a meeting, Lumi reads the event from your connected calendar, searches what you’ve already captured about the people and topics involved, and gathers it into a short brief with links back to the sources. It appears on Today and arrives by email ahead of the meeting.

Lumi watches for things worth raising — a note that contradicts something you wrote months ago, a commitment you made and haven’t acted on, a pattern across recent captures — and surfaces them on Today. Dismiss anything you don’t want and it won’t come back.

No. Everything connected is scanned on a schedule matched to how urgent it is — email and Slack within the half hour, reading material once a day — and Lumi is deliberately biased toward saying nothing. Most scans surface nothing at all. You can also get it as one daily email instead.

Google Calendar and Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack, Fireflies, Granola, Zoom, Zotero, GitHub, Figma, Linear, Readwise, and RSS feeds are live today. Notion, Gmail, Dropbox, and Confluence are in beta — see the full integrations list for current status on each.

Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. The connection is severed immediately and we delete the stored credentials within twenty-four hours.

The minimum scopes needed to read content. We request read-only access wherever the provider allows it, and never request permission to send messages or modify your data.

Settings → Billing. Upgrades are immediate, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your workspace stays intact either way.
